Everything in this book looks so good. I am enjoying reading through it very much. I've never made a pastie ever and I'm thinking I might give it a go. What cut of beef do you use to prepare yours? The recipe suggests chuck steak. I gather it has to be a fairly tender cut. Do you make faggots? I see the pics on Frugal Queen's blog. It's tempting to try that recipe also.
